Dear customers and partners,

At BRALO we are committed to inform you of any developments that may affect your relationship with our customers. We are contacting you to inform you that due to the snow storm affecting the Community of Madrid, our work operations could be affected.

It is our responsibility to ensure, in all work activities, the safety of people, as well as to ensure the continuity of the business activity, mitigating the social and economic impact during this period of special difficulty.

Being aware of the responsibility we have towards our customers, suppliers and employees, we want to share with you the main mechanisms of continuity that we have agreed for the coming days:

  • Our factory and commercial office in Madrid will remain partially operative, guaranteeing the service to our customers, the safety of our employees and respecting at all times the established rules and protocols.
  • BRALO has taken the necessary measures to facilitate remote working in those positions where possible.
  • As soon as vehicle mobility restrictions will be lifted, we will re-establish the outbound flow of products from the warehouse.
  • The teams in our sales offices and factories outside Spain continue their normal activity, guaranteeing a response to customer needs and agreed commitments.

These and other measures are aimed at ensuring that the snow storm does not affect the service and support we offer every day. As the weather conditions evolve, we will continue to evaluate our plans to ensure the level of service.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding the measures we have taken at BRALO, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at bralo@bralo.com, and we will provide you with all the information you require.
