FOUNDATION
Basilio López Bravo, president and founder
of the BRALO Group, begins its
business with the commercialization of
rivets and riveting machines.
1979
EXPANSION
BRALO has boosted its expansion process in
the national level. The company’s activity is consolidated as a market leader.
1980
INTERNATIONALIZATION
The mid-1980s saw the beginning of the
exports to France, Portugal, Belgium,
Sweden and Austria, opening up a period of
internationalization.
1985
Business has been growing steadily over the past decade
to having its own manufacturing facility in
the Madrid town of Fuenlabrada.
1992
OPENING BRALO FRANCE 
1995
BRALO installs its central services in a new building located south of Madrid, in Pinto. The new 12,000-square-meter facility has a production capacity of 2.7 billion parts per year.
OPENING BRALO PORTUGAL 
LOGISTIC GROWTH
At the end of the 1990s, the foundations were laid for a logistics system that would be able to keep pace with the expected strong growth.

OPENING OF PRODUCTION PLANT IN MEXICO 
TÜV Rheinland Group awards BRALO with ISO 9002 certification

Madrid facilities are expanded. The work involves renovating the original factory and the construction of a new warehouse. New stamping equipment, washing area, a modern fully automated packaging, labeling and palletizing area, a new 5000 m2 warehouse and an Innovation and Quality Control center.

CERTIFICATIONS
With the arrival of the new millennium, the BRALO Group’s expansion became even more significant. In the 2001-2004 period, BRALO experienced strong growth above the sector average, thanks to a differential business model and a greater presence in international markets, supported by the creation of new branches.
